First Grade Projects is a prominent building services provider catering to a range of commercial clients.
Our expertise lies in seamless turn-key project delivery, as well as comprehensive commercial fitouts. Furthermore, we excel in the manufacture, supply, and installation of furniture and cubicle systems.
Since our establishment in May 2021, we have established our carpentry workshop, and stores in Pontypridd, South Wales. In March 2024, we acquired new office premises, establishing them as our headquarters.
In March 2024, we acquired new office premises at Magden Business Park in Llantrisant.
Our manufacturing and operations are continuing to be provided from our Pontypridd premises.
Our workshop is situated at Albion Industrial Estate, Cilfynydd near Pontypridd.
Alongside a modern office, we house a large carpentry workshop that is fully equipped with cutting-edge machinery and equipment. This, in conjunction with our extensive stores, allows us to operate in a highly effective manner.

Nicky, a seasoned Carpenter with three decades of experience, offers invaluable leadership to our team, meticulously overseeing all facets of service delivery.
Project Manager
Darryl brings a wealth of experience to our team, having served as an Aeronautical Engineer in the Royal Air Force and as an Off Tracks Manager at Aston Martin. He is now joining us to spearhead the strategic planning and execution of new contracts. Throughout his career, Darryl has consistently delivered high level projects in high-pressure environments.
Business Development Manager
Stefan, a recent First Class graduate in Business and Management, contributes a solid understanding of both business theory and practice to our back-office operations. Having previously interned with us in the summer of 2022, he has rejoined our team to play a pivotal role in supporting our future growth endeavors.
